Billing

Every account starts with a 30-day trial of everything. After it, choose one of four plans. Every plan has every feature; they differ only in how many websites they cover and how many pageviews a month they include, shared by your sites. Pricing has them side by side.

The plans

  • Personal, $9 a month or $90 a year: 1 website, 10,000 pageviews a month
  • Business, $15 a month or $150 a year: 5 websites, 100,000 pageviews a month
  • Portfolio, $25 a month or $250 a year: 15 websites, 200,000 pageviews a month
  • High Traffic, $45 a month or $450 a year: 50 websites, 500,000 pageviews a month

Above 500,000 pageviews a month, write to support@usenodium.com.

Paying

Choose a plan in Settings → Plan and billing: pick the plan and monthly or yearly, and the price shows before anything opens. Paddle, our reseller, takes the payment in its own checkout over the page and sends the invoices and receipts, tax included. Settings says you're subscribed once Paddle confirms it, usually within seconds.

The 30-day trial

The trial starts when you sign up. No card. It covers every site you add, up to 50. Three days before it ends we email you, name the plan that fits your sites, and say so in the app. Choosing a plan during the trial ends it, and billing starts that day. If the trial ends without one, counting stops; what was counted stays, and you can still read and export it.

Pageviews

A plan's pageviews are shared by your sites and counted in calendar months. Settings → Plan and billing shows the running figure. We email you at 80% and at 100% of your plan's line. Going over is never charged and nothing is locked: if you're over two months in a row, we ask you to move up a plan. Form interactions, taps, outbound clicks, downloads and events don't count as pageviews.

Changing or cancelling

  • Moving to another plan shows its price and what Paddle charges or credits today for the rest of the period before anything changes.
  • Adding or deleting a site never changes the bill by itself. A plan covers up to its number of websites; past that, you move to the next plan.
  • Cancelling keeps everything working to the end of the period you paid for. Keep my plan takes it back until then.
  • The workspace's owner can change monthly to yearly and back. Paddle charges or credits the difference at once.
  • If a payment fails, the plan stays while Paddle tries the card again over the next few days; update it under Payment. Paddle's page has your card and every receipt.

When a plan ends

A site whose trial or plan ended is read-only: its main page and export stay open, and nothing can be changed. When a trial ends without a plan, counting stops. When a paid plan ends, Nodium keeps counting for 30 days, then stops. What was counted stays, under the usual retention, until you subscribe again or delete it. The weekly checks and the report stop when the plan ends.
